A holistic approach to fitness asks the question “How can we improve our physical, mental and emotional wellness to become healthy both inside and out?”
I think we all want the same things, to be physically strong and mobile, mentally focused and emotionally balanced. A holistic fitness program is centred on balance. I design every program specific to each person and combine physical exercise, mindfulness, stress reduction, emotional well being, nutrition, proper rest and sleep.
I am available for one on one, partner and small group fitness coaching and design every program specifically for each person.

About our Fitness Program

All Ages, All Fitness Levels. It doesn’t matter if you are 25 or 75, I will design a personalized program for your current level of fitness that will help you achieve your goals. Being stronger and more dynamic means more stamina, energy and confidence. Training like a fighter will burn fat and build muscle. You will be fit and strong while training your body to a full range of motion, stability and coordination.
When you train with me you will have more than a trainer, you will have a training partner. We will grind through each session together with grit and determination, if you’re sweating, I’m sweating! While this type of training does not include any actual fighting, we will use the methods and techniques fighters use to train for fighting. No Machines, no treadmills! Fighter training is a way to help you match your inside with your outside with strength, confidence and poise.
You will leave exhausted and feeling amazing!
